The pre-order service offered by Spence Street Limited allows you to order a product before it becomes available on our website www.spencestreet.co.nz.

The following terms and conditions apply for pre-orders:

1. Availability:
Pre-ordered items are sold on a first come, first served basis.

2. Delivery:
We aim to ship pre-ordered products within 3 days of receiving the goods back from powder coating. We do our best to meet the estimated delivery date but cannot always do this, in which case you will be kept informed on a regular basis. You can see the estimated delivery date of the product within the description on our website. This date cannot be guaranteed due to potential manufacturing & powder coating delays, however we do our best to estimate this date as accurately as possible.
Standard delivery timelines will apply from the moment the pre-ordered product is shipped.

3. Payment:
Payment is taken and processed at the time your order is placed. If for any reason we cannot fill your order, a full refund will be issued.

4. Cancellations:
We will accept cancellations of non-customised pre-ordered items before the order has shipped, however if this becomes a regular occurrence we reserve the right to refuse further orders.
Customised or bespoke pre-ordered items cannot be cancelled and are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Your pre-order purchase is also subject to our Spence Street General Terms & Conditions.

·      Free freight on all orders over $150 NZD

·      Oversized items may incur an additional fee that will be outlined upon placement of order.

·      For International orders, please email hello@spencestreet.co.nz for pricing.

·      For all stocked items we aim to get orders out within 3-5 working days from placement of order. 

·      For all custom orders, please allow 3-4 weeks from placement of order and confirmation of design for shipment.

Spence Street accepts payment in the form of: Credit cards, afterpay and PayPal.

Our beautiful designs are created with the utmost love & care. We hope that you love your metal art as much as we do!

If for some reason you are unhappy, please contact us immediately at hello@spencestreet.co.nz 

We will meet our obligations under the NZ Consumers Guarantees act if you receive art that does not match the description, is faulty or is not fit for purpose. 

In this instance, please contact us within 10 days of receipt of product. For art to be approved for return/ exchange, the art must be in the same perfect, resalable condition and be unaltered and undamaged. Spence Street reserves the right to reject return claims if they do not meet the returns criteria outlined above.

The coolest thing about having our own in-house cutting machine means we can do a huge variety of custom artwork!

Please note - Once a design is approved for cutting we are unable to cancel a custom made order. We are also unable to accept returns or exchange requests for all custom made orders.
